SecureHomeTech provides cybersecurity protection, backup, remote monitoring, and technical support for home computers under the SafeSecurePC brand. Certain services require the purchase of specific hardware and a valid subscription.
2. Orders and Payments
All computer purchases and subscriptions are billed in advance. Annual commitments require a 12-month minimum term.
Cancellations after the first year require 30 days’ notice. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.
3. Warranties
All computers include a 3-year manufacturer warranty provided by Dell. SecureHomeTech provides software and monitoring services but is not responsible for hardware defects beyond Dell’s warranty terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureHomeTech and OptfinITy are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to misuse our systems, bypass security measures, or share unauthorized access credentials.
Administrative access should only be used for software installation as advised.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, policy violations, or misuse of services.
