Clear, Simple Help — In Your Home or Remotely

Two Ways to Get Help — Clear, Simple, No Confusion

 

Remote Support (Included):

Remote help is included at no additional cost for:

  • Virus or malware removal
  • File or data restoration

Any other type of remote assistance requires purchasing support time, which is done when we work on your computer. 

Examples of paid remote support:

  • Email issues
  • Printer problems
  • “How do I…?” help
  • Slow computer troubleshooting
  • Software installation
  • General computer questions

Hours Available: Monday–Friday from 8:30-5:00

Cost:   $150/hour, billable in 15 minute increments.

Onsite Support

Some problems need a technician to come to your home.

Onsite Support can include everything from setting up the computer to issues that are hard to handle remotely, including, but not limited to:

  • Computer won’t turn on
  • Home Wi‑Fi issues
  • Printer or device setup
  • Hardware problems
  • When remote help isn’t possible

Pricing

$350 per 2 hour visit — no trip charges
