- Virus or malware removal
- File or data restoration


Any other type of remote assistance requires purchasing support time, which is done when we work on your computer.

- Printer problems
- “How do I…?” help
- Slow computer troubleshooting
- Software installation
- General computer questions
Hours Available: Monday–Friday from 8:30-5:00
Cost: $150/hour, billable in 15 minute increments.

Onsite Support can include everything from setting up the computer to issues that are hard to handle remotely, including, but not limited to:
- Computer won’t turn on
- Home Wi‑Fi issues
- Printer or device setup
- Hardware problems
- When remote help isn’t possible
