7. Technical Support (Remote and Onsite)

SecureHomeTech provides remote and onsite technical support services as part of its cybersecurity and maintenance solutions.

a) Remote Support: By requesting online assistance, the user expressly authorizes SecureHomeTech or OptfinITy technicians to temporarily access their computer using secure remote connection tools. All sessions are encrypted and protected
with two-factor authentication (2FA). Users can view all actions performed and revoke access at any time.

b) Onsite Support: Onsite support is currently available only within 20 miles of Springfield, VA.
Services are billed hourly, with a one-hour minimum and additional travel charges.

c) Limitation of Liability: SecureHomeTech is not responsible for data loss, indirect damages, or service interruptions
