DNS Filtering:*

As part of our security features, we offer three DNS filtering package. What this means is that depending on the policy you select, we are able to block certain categories of websites from being able to be accessed. For more information, click [here] to see details on the three options. Options like this can be changed through a support request.

Baseline security options (we will only block known malware and phishing sites)

Category Warning (we will block known malware and phishing sites while providing a warning for sites which are in the Warning Categories (categories known for elevated risks) – still allowing access to those categories.

Lock Down Policy – We will block known malware and phishing sites as well as sites which are marked in our Warning Categories. We are unable to provide advanced filtering on a user basis so if you are worried about being able to access certain sites which may be in that category, please choose one of the other filtering options.
